3. Retailer access limitations
Retailers can only transmit receipt data from their own transactions. They cannot browse your full vault or see purchases made at other retailers.
4. Data accuracy
Receipt information may be provided directly by retailers or their point-of-sale systems. Tabsy does not independently verify all receipt data.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, subject to applicable law.
6. Security
Data is protected in transit and at rest using industry-standard safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

1. Service
Tabsy provides a digital receipt vault and related features including receipt storage, search, tracking, and integrations.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
3. Retailer integrations
Retailers are responsible for ensuring that receipt data submitted to Tabsy is lawful and accurate. Tabsy is not responsible for failures caused by retailer systems or third-party integrations.
4. Proof-of-purchase disclaimer
Receipts stored in Tabsy are copies of information transmitted by retailers. Tabsy does not guarantee that a receipt stored in the platform will be accepted by retailers, manufacturers, insurers, tax authorities, or other third parties as proof of purchase.
5. Receipt storage disclaimer
While Tabsy applies safeguards designed to ensure reliable storage, the service does not guarantee permanent availability of stored receipts. Users should keep any records they consider essential.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Tabsy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and liability is limited as described in the full Terms.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by UAE law, without affecting mandatory rights that apply under consumer law where required.
